Chongsheng Zhang 张重生

Short Bio

Prof. Chongsheng Zhang is a Professor at the School of Computer and Information Engineering, Henan University. His research interests span machine learning, computer vision and pattern recognition, OCR, and ancient language understanding.

His recent work focuses on long-tailed and imbalance learning, scene text detection and recognition, and AI-driven analysis of historical scripts including oracle bone inscriptions and ancient bamboo manuscripts. His publications have appeared in IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TITS, IEEE TAI, Pattern Recognition, Information Sciences, ACM SIGKDD, AAAI, EMNLP Findings, BMVC, and other leading venues.
